Officially it is usually recommended that one particular not expend more than quarter-hour at any given time on the vibration plate and approximately 2x daily if you prefer.My best guess is I’d say the bluefin can reach 3 G’s? Which doesn’t make this a bad plate, but I’d amount it as being a novice’s preference. T
